  1. Price your property right the first time- Studies show a home without a price reduction sell for 97 percent of the intial list price whereas homes with a price reduction sell for 88 percent of the initial list price
  2. Market your property online- Listings that are promoted beyond the First Multiple Listing Service online have a significant number of new online visits to a property daily!
  3. Keep sellers in their home- Vacant homes are 9.5 percent more likely to undergo a price reduction
  4. Condition of property- Look at your home through buyers eyes! Clean inside/out a fresh coat of paint , pressure washing the outside, giving the yard new plants or shrubs- keeping the grass cut. shampo carpets, clean baseboards, fans, declutter making rooms look more spacious- Making small upgrades changing door handles or pulls Repainting rooms they need to be neutral replacing faucets, light fixtures!
